Use of Personal InformationPersonal information of members is used to compile an annual membership directory (roster); to invite members and guests to special events; to categorize members; to notify members of meetings; to assist members in contacts with one another; and to send out other notices, invoices, flyers, newsletters, and correspondence.
Each member may decide what information will appear about the member in the directory. No more than the name, title, company, and mailing address are included on our mailing lists. The addressee can decide which of the addressee’s addresses to use and which information to use in the address. Any members may remove themselves from these mailing lists by contacting us at Communication@thebengalclub.com. Unless otherwise stated, personal information provided by members or guests will be used for marketing, recruiting, and promotional purposes only by The Bengal Club or its affiliates. We do not sell or release your personal information for purposes of others’ direct marketing or promotional e-mails. The Bengal Club reserves the right to disclose user information in situations where it reasonably appears that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, discourage, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property or those of anyone else.
